Ring in the New Year with a hot festive maple drink!
Sugar Bush Cocoa
2 cups Ontario milk
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp. pure Ontario maple syrup2 cups boiling water
Whipped cream
- Scald milk.
- Mix cocoa, maple syrup and boiling water slowly. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add scalded milk
- Beat with rotary beater before serving until light and foamy. Top with whipped cream!
