Did you know that it takes around 40 gallons of sap to make a single gallon of maple syrup? It’s true!

At Thompsontown Maple Products, maple syrup is our passion and we are always excited to share with you our process.

We are a small, family-owned and operated business. During the spring, we are often running between the sugar camp and the maple forests. If you would like to tour the sugar house or purchase product directly from us at the farmgate, the best option would be to stop by during Maple Weekend. 

Maple Weekend and Fall in Love with Maple are two province-wide events where Ontario maple producers open their operations to up to the public. Stop by to learn how maple syrup is made and to walk the trails that wind through the maple forests of the Thompson Family farm.
